Stephanie Mann, LCSW

Hello and Welcome!

I know how hard it is to reach out for help. I've been there. Sitting in the waiting room, heart pounding, wondering if I was making the right choice. But that first step can be the most powerful one toward real change. My mission is to create a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your past, understand your present, and build a fulfilling future. I specialize in helping individuals heal from anxiety, PTSD/complex trauma, family of origin wounds, and attachment issues. I believe that through our work together, you can find your voice, set healthy boundaries, and discovery a renewed sense of balance and purpose. This isn't just my job; it's my passion. I'm here to walk alongside you on your journey to healing and wholeness.
