Stephanie Mann, LCSW

Hello and Welcome!
Growing up in the suburbs of Chicago, I learned early on how the fast-paced energy of the city and the high expectations of the surrounding communities can shape who we are. I know the hustle and bustle of building a career, the burnout that can follow when trying to balance complex family dynamics and recognizing how unhealed hurts from our past can pour over into our present.

Because I understand the hustle, I'm here to help you slow down and heal from the inside out.
My focus is supporting individuals navigating the "messy middle" of life by releasing stored trauma and finding grounded peace during the waves.
Healing requires more than just coping. Together, we will work on healing your heart, not just the hurts, habits, and hangups.
I bring a mix of humor, compassion, empathy, and gentle but direct insight. I enjoy cheering others on, challenging areas that are stuck, and ensuring my work truly supports healing and growth.
Accessibility Matters
Because I call Illinois home, I've dedicated my practice to offering in-person space in Bloomington and virtual sessions across the state. I believe your access to quality care shouldn't be limited by your zip code or a long drive.

You don't have to commute to find a space where you are heard!
My professional background provides the clinical foundation for the grounded, trauma-informed care I offer today.
