How Do I Start Counseling?
Please email to get started. All emails are responded to within 24-48 business hours.
What If I Need To Cancel or Reschedule?
Please provide us with as much notice as possible.
If you cancel/reschedule less than 24 hours before your session, the card we have on file will be charged for the full session fee.
Do You Accept My Insurance?
Stephanie is in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Alliance, United Healthcare and offers private pay.
Individual psychotherapy fees are between $165-$200
What If I Am Running Late?
Your therapist will wait up to 15 minutes before declaring your session a Late Cancel/No Show and your card will be charged for the full session fee.
Any sessions that start late will still end as scheduled to avoid running into another's session.
Do I Have A Copay?
You are encouraged to call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask your member representative about your 'mental health, outpatient, office visit' and telehealth benefits.
When do I make a Payment?
All payments are due at the time of session.
